November 14, 2025My experience at Alta Sunset Heights has been disappointing. Throughout my lease, I’ve dealt with major issues such as a faulty A/C unit, pest problems, repeated appliance failures, safety concerns, and two unauthorized entries into my apartment. Maintenance and management have often been unresponsive or dismissive, which made these problems much harder to resolve.
