      I’ve really enjoyed living at Alta Sunset Heights. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and the amenities make day-to-day life really convenient. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything. Like any apartment community, it’s not absolutely perfect, but overall it’s been a positive experience and a place I’m happy to call home. I would definitely recommend Alta Sunset Heights to others looking for a comfortable and welcoming community.

      I like living at Alta Sunset Heights! Friendly faces in the leasing office and I don’t ever feel like I’m being bothered for anything. The only thing I wish is that there were cameras in the garage. In the rare occasion that the garage doors are broken, that’s when I notice crime to have happened (although not often at all). Renewed my lease here so I still like it overall!

Throughout my lease, I’ve dealt with major issues such as a faulty A/C unit, pest problems, repeated appliance failures, safety concerns, and two unauthorized entries into my apartment. Maintenance and management have often been unresponsive or dismissive, which made these problems much harder to resolve.
