April 16, 2026I like living at Alta Sunset Heights! Friendly faces in the leasing office and I don’t ever feel like I’m being bothered for anything. The only thing I wish is that there were cameras in the garage. In the rare occasion that the garage doors are broken, that’s when I notice crime to have happened (although not often at all). March 18, 2026During my initial tour there was some miscommunication/ misunderstanding. Aaliyah was quick to rectify that. A few months later when I was finally ready to move and under a time constraints due to work and going out of town, Aaliyah went above and beyond for me. Stayed late for my tour (i work late and further away from the city). She advocated for my paper work to be quickly processed as she knew I was going out of town soon. Since my move in her and the front office have been quick to respond ...to my questions and concerns. I look forward to living here. November 14, 2025My experience at Alta Sunset Heights has been disappointing. Throughout my lease, I’ve dealt with major issues such as a faulty A/C unit, pest problems, repeated appliance failures, safety concerns, and two unauthorized entries into my apartment. Maintenance and management have often been unresponsive or dismissive, which made these problems much harder to resolve.
