I lived there with my small family and we were California transplants. We enjoyed our few years living in the apartments, nice and quiet, very clean. I love that management took care of any problems that we had right away, which were rare. The monthly inspections were a pain but I get it.... it is for the best interest of the apartments to keep up with cost or cost prevention. It works I recommend Alta Tierra and Lillian is a wonderful Manager.
