Although rents are slightly on the higher side but it's worth living in here keeping other factors into consideration like its super convenient location that allows quick access to nearby malls, 540 highway and other markets as well. Not Accommodating
June 24, 2025WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I pay a lot of money for a two bedroom, two bathroom and part of my reason for choosing this place was they allowed and noted I would have two vehicles on my lease. They have now changed their parking situation requiring passes but only will issue one pass and a guest pass, allowing me to not reasonably accommodate guests such as my girlfriend who visits a few times per week. We will now have to be worried about being towed if the office is closed and can’t issue a ...temporary guest pass in addition to already being worried about all the homeless people that walk by the property off of Capital Blvd when she comes over. The apartments are cheaply built and you can hear every step from people living above you and all the traffic from Capital and 540. I will most definitely not be renewing my lease after this idiotic new management rule. I would recommend you look for a more safer, quieter community.Property Manager Responded
