Nice Place !

Recently relocated to Southern California from Michigan. Lilia, the on site property manager, here at Alta Vista was very instrumental in my having a seemless transition. The community is well managed with efficent, professional, and friendly people. My apartment is well maintained, spacious, and peaceful. The grounds are nicely manicured with a variety of plants and rolling hills. My overall impression of this community is OUTSTANDING ! Worth every penny spent !

Mt first home in CA and the best!

My husband and I lived here for nearly 3 years and I miss it every day. The pool area is really nice and of course its always perfect weather in Escondido so it can be put to good use. There is also a gym which is great for a quick workout and also a communal BBQ area. The property is well maintained and is cared for daily. Lilia the property manager always goes above and beyond. She cares about every tenant and takes the time to listen and solve any issues professionally. Dan the Maintenance ...
manager always gave 110% exceptional service and care. We have had little service requests and they are always performed promptly and Dan always communicates on what has been done. Short cuts are never taken and this is a very rare thing to come by. Quality VS quantity. There is a real 'home' community which makes this complex different to other ones. We have never wanted to leave or find a " cheaper" place for this very reason. We moved to WA due to a business opportunity and that was the only reason why we are no longer residing there. Thank you for providing me many great memories and yes I miss the weather for sure but also the amazing staff!

Best place to live in Escondido

By far the best apartment home living experience in North Escondido. We have lived here for over three years and have no complaints so far. Breathtaking views of Palomar Mountain, Mount Woodson, Valley Center and more. The staff is AMAZING. Lilia the Property Manager is sweet as can be and goes the extra mile. Dan the Maintenance Manager is awesome and takes really good care of everything. We enjoy our neighbors and the dog friendly atmosphere is a plus. Whether you are a single , have small ...

Beautiful Community!

Last week my wife and I visited this community without making an appointment. The office staff were very welcoming and friendly, they did not hesitate to show us the community and the 2 bedroom apartments. The amenities are really nice and the apartments are amazing. We were very impressed with the grounds, the pool area and the gym. The views are fantastic! The manager was very professional, and kind. She definitely made us feel welcome. We can't wait to move in to Alta Vista.

Good place to live

Ive lived here 2 years and its great place to stay the staff are great and easy to work with if you have a problem if you usually is fixed with no promblems Dan the maintenance is great very polite and courteous willing to go the extra mile to make sure that whatever needs to be fixed is fixed he's also respectful of your place and you can fully trust him 100% to make sure the job done right the first time and you can trust him with your apartment
