Not very neighborly
December 12, 2025I live close by and I like what they did with the space, It is a nice looking building. But ever since the grand opening there has been a hight police presence there, almost daily. And it is dirty, there is trash everywhere. Do they not have a grounds crew to pick that up?Property Manager Responded

Great staff assistance and ease of leasing approval
September 24, 2025The staff is easy to work with and always positive, and the approval process for leasing was easy to accomplish. The approval process was also accomplished quickly making the wait time minimal while waiting for an answer. Location for those with public transportation needs is ideal as it is only a few minutes away from the Salt Lake Central Station.Property Manager Responded
