Maintenance is quick when needed, and the location works great for me. Close to bars and freeway! The girls in the front are friendly and easy to talk to. April 15, 2025Amazing community, elevators are down more than I’d like and now the garage exit is down (technically up) but other than that no complaints. Maintenance is fast, pool is cleaned regularly, home is quiet even with a poolside patio and neighbors are great 4.8 stars.Property Manager Responded

April 10, 2025I’ve been here for two months and I feel very comfortable, calm, and safe. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. I would like the gym to be better equipped so that during the busiest hours there are no delays in the routine. The location is amazing (Close to Memorial Park and many restaurant in Washington St.) Also close to freeways.
