May 11, 2026Moving into HAUS Memorial Park has been a great experience so far. The location is one of the biggest highlights — it’s close to Memorial Park, great restaurants, shopping, and easy access to major highways, while still feeling peaceful and upscale. The building itself feels modern, clean, and well-maintained, with beautiful amenities and a stylish atmosphere throughout. My apartment has a spacious layout and high-end finishes. I especially appreciate the attention to detail in the design, from ...the appliances to the overall aesthetic. The staff has also been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. Another standout feature is the community atmosphere. The common areas are inviting, and the property feels safe, comfortable, and thoughtfully managed. January 7, 2026Credit given where credit is due: The new management has definitely done a good job for a better residence experience. More gym equipment and LuxerOne for deliveries were very good and necessary additions. Can still do a better job with the repairs particularly with garage doors that are broken most of the time.Property Manager Responded
