It has been okay, there are too many apps to keep up with. All should be in one place for registering parking, confusion because my car was registered but got towed because it was not on the other app. Rent not real clear and how discount is distributed and does not reflect on the app correctly. Just have to go based on word of mouth which is not a great feeling.

To help make the process as seamless as possible, we provide detailed instructions for our resident systems and parking registration in the Welcome Home email and at move-in. Rent concessions are applied upfront as outlined in the Rent Concession Addendum in your lease. Self-prorating the credit is optional and does not change how the concession is applied to your ledger. Our team is always happy to walk through the apps, parking, or your ledger with you to provide any additional clarity or assistance needed!

I love the management here. They hear my needs and always accommodate them. From the moment I walked in the office with my realtor they had a chair waiting for me. Wonderful tour and answered all my questions. After I was accepted and paid any fees/rent my interest was still priority to Alta Westinghouse team. I love that. Thank you. My place is great. I think having both bathrooms on the third floor is dumb beyond words. Why not a 1/2 bath on the 1st or 2nd floor?

I appreciate the management and the team that also has here at this property in Georgetown. I mean things happen or whatever things do like break here and there, but all I have to do is call and leave a message or walk right into the office and just talk to Noah personally and he puts the order in and things get done and I appreciate that he’s very professional. We have enjoyed our experience. I will say I wish there was more for kids to do in the community. It’s also hard for them to play outside due to many cars speeding down the narrow streets.

I’ve been living here for two months now, and I absolutely love it! The community is peaceful, the neighbors are friendly, and the office staff has been wonderful and always helpful.
