May 8, 2026No place is perfect but I do feel that we are listened to by management. I love the valet trash guy. The staff are excellent and responsive. Unfortunately residents don't take pride in the environment and leave dog waste daily. The only space for my kids to play is at the dog park but it's hard to avoid all the dog waste. I wish we had a better place for kids to play such as the large field out front.Property Manager Responded

The townhomes are spacious, which makes it feel comfortable and homey. Maintenance is quick to respond and always professional. The front office staff is consistently sweet, welcoming, and helpful whenever I need anything. January 22, 2026Alta at Westinghouse was the first property we toured, and honestly, every other place we visited after had to be compared to them. November 28, 2025The unit itself has been great. I've had some issues with the appliances but maintenance has been really quick. I love the amenities and new construction. I wish there were a few more amenities like a hot tub, sauna, or playground. I haven't seen many families. Neighbors are so so. Not friendly and keep porches a mess. Junked cars and tires in yards. I have enjoyed it so far but I don't think I would extend my lease.Property Manager Responded

October 8, 2025I moved into my home about three weeks ago. I’m impressed with the layout of the home and the quiet community here at Alta! The staff here have been very warm, welcoming, helpful and supportive! The maintenance team is very quick to provide additional services. I love how the staff here are eager to answer questions and lead you directly to what you are looking for. It has been a great experience thus far living here! From the start, Bella, the manager, went out of her way to help us understand how to self-prorate our 12 weeks free special, which we really appreciated. Mary and Noah have answered every question we've had along the way, and our move-in was smooth and stress-free. The maintenance team has also been excellent—quick and efficient with the minor issues that can come with new construction.
