      I have lived here for about 2 years now. When i first moved in my apartment flooded for the first SIX months of me living there. Management told me they would send maintenance which they did and they came multiple times to fix it but never did. Finally they called a plumber after 6 months and finally got it fixed, all I ever got was an apology. My vehicle also got broken into in the parking garage on one of the nights the gate was broken (which is most of the time). I lost $2500 worth of stereo ...

Her communication is excellent, and she is always understanding, caring, and willing to work with residents.       Not a place you want to live if you like peace. The pictures online does not look like the images In person nor is it worth the money. You can find much better. The location of this apartment is the only good.

      I’ve lived here for about a year and a half now, and I can genuinely say the energy in the office is brighter than it’s ever been. Over that time, I’ve watched the team evolve, and the way they’ve navigated changes with grace, professionalism, and heart has been so impressive. Stacy is an absolute angel — steady, kind, and always willing to go above and beyond to make residents feel heard and taken care of.       can truly tell she enjoys what she does. Our new assistant manager, Marelyn has been a pleasure to get to know and her transition onto the team has felt seamless and intentional. What stands out most is that they don’t just “do their jobs” — they create community. They remember details, they follow up, they treat you like a person instead of a unit number. And I would be completely remiss not to mention their love and adoration for my dog, Louie<3 They give him treats and love every single day and greet him like a VIP resident. It sounds small, but it says so much about their warmth and character. It’s rare to find a management team that genuinely and fully dedicates themselves to the happiness and comfort of their property and its residents- especially during seasons of change. This place does, and I’m really grateful to live somewhere that feels both well-run and genuinely kind. Highly recommend.
