AVOID THIS PLACE
September 30, 2024Faulty fire alarms have caused multiple over night disturbances for over an hour, they've made us leave our apartment for over a week to redo the electricity and they made us stay out longer because the week wasn't long enough. There are roaches. They are very poorly remodeled, and the air conditioning only reaches one room so you'll need a few fans for the others. Management has been changed multiple times and continues to get worse. It seems like they're needing in my apartment multiple times a ...month to "fix" different things which is an issue considering I work from home and have to leave everytime they do. Also, no screens on the windows so bugs are free to come in. Avoid this place if you can.Property Manager Responded

March 17, 2023I was very hesitant on going and checking out this property. I'm familiar with the area when it was a hotel I wouldn't think twice of living there . when I got there I noticed the grounds was kept up a lot nicer and there was no riff Raff hanging around like there was when it operated as a hotel ..I met with Megan and she was most helpful in showing me all the available floor plans and what direction I would want to be going if I were to lease at the property ..she completely changed my mind ...on this property I look forward a future in leasing there ...Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
