December 30, 2025This apartment complex is conveniently located for students attending school in downtown Houston or the Texas Medical Center. It offers several amenities, including a game room, resident lounge, pool, and on-site gym. The monthly parking fee is also very affordable compared to other nearby complexes. However, there are ongoing issues that impact the quality of living. Dog waste is frequently left in grassy areas, causing unpleasant odors. The smell of marijuana is almost always present in the ...hallways, and tenants are often seen smoking on their patios at night. Noise is another concern, as loud music and heavy footsteps can easily be heard through the walls. Trash is often left in hallways instead of proper bins, which has contributed to roach issues even in otherwise clean apartments. Maintenance requests can take time due to high volume, but the maintenance staff is consistently respectful, pleasant, and does their best to address issues as quickly as possible.Property Manager Responded

October 20, 2025Everything went great and smoothly throughout my entire experience here. From the moment I moved in, the process was organized and stress-free. The management team has been professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The maintenance staff always handle requests quickly and efficiently, which really makes a difference. The property is well kept, quiet, and feels safe and comfortable. September 15, 2025The apartment complex is very close to the TMC and downtown area which makes commuting to school in the area quite easy and accessible. Lots of parking is also available for tenants. However, safety seems to be a big issue as indicated by recent events involving residents, gunfire and law enforcement. Additionally, gates are often left opened or do not lock and some doors to buildings are broken and do not lock which poses a threat to safety. Elevators are often down which presents difficulty ...for disabled tenants No smoking policies are not enforced and apartments and hallways almost always have a strong smell of marijuana (weed) Tenants can get loud and rowdy at night which causes frequent disturbancesProperty Manager Responded

September 12, 2025I’ve had a great experience living at Altitude so far. My room is spacious and comfortable, and I haven’t had any issues. I love using the pool, and I’m especially excited for the workout room to open back up. Crime is high in our area so thats a working problem but they hired security and im in the building that's left alone. they could do better in actually being present instead of just sending emails but they are trying...Property Manager Responded

September 9, 2025I’ve really enjoyed my time living in this apartment. The location is excellent, with grocery stores, restaurants, and public transit all within walking distance, making daily errands easy. The building itself is well-maintained, and the common areas are always clean. Inside the unit, the layout is practical with plenty of natural light, and the kitchen is updated with modern appliances that work smoothly. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, usually within 24 hours, which gives a lot of ...peace of mind. The management team is friendly, approachable, and communicates clearly about any updates or changes. Parking is convenient, and the neighborhood feels safe, even at night. Rent is fair for what you get, especially considering the amenities offered.
