    I recently moved to a different Cortland complex up north but I still miss the team at Lone Tree. Ryan was always so helpful. I’m going to miss them. They are the reason I moved to another Cortland complex when my work transferred me.

    I will give it one star because it’s a decent amount of space, outside of that it’s the worst apartment I’ve lived at. Our AC has been non functional for several months and even though we’ve submitted 15+ service requests it still hasn’t been addressed, if we do more than one load of laundry we don’t have hot water the rest of the day. Majority of electronic gym equipment only is in working order half the time, grounds are not well kept, overall the worst managed apartment I’ve ever been at, poor ...
    response time and when they do respond it’s as helpful as if they don’t respond, you can get a lot more for your money elsewhere.

    Same door has been broken since we lived here. It not that hard to fix doors. I paid for them to be locked. Always random people hanging in hallways who don't live here. And solution for everything is to send out text. Also new cleaning crew is worse than the last one.
