September 9, 2016As a resident of 5 years, I understand High-Rise living is unique. Challenges as well as benefits. My units well maintained, offering many upgrades. Featuring large window, awesome views, High celling, as well as a Full size Washer/Dryer. I am a Night Person. The Down Town location, offering Dinning, Shopping and Entertainment Venues enhanced my lifestyle greatly. Maintenance= Working quickly to respond. Used professionals in the event repairs were out of their scope, to ensure effective ...repairs .Leasing Office=KELSEY , professional, fast acting, always goes above and beyond. She is a true ASSET to this property. I was very fortunate to know her. Community Director=ANDY CLARK, Always accessible. Working diligently in a fair/professional manner, resolving any issues that may occur. Security= Recently upgraded Front Door/Elevators as well as entrance to under ground parking. Courtesy Patrol, Visible in and around entire block including mall area. Rents= Rents are BELOW MARKET RENT for the area. New Construction on street. Transition in area in area is very exciting. September 25, 2015These are very nice apartments. We are four people living in a two bedroom place and it's very comfortable. The only thing I do not like it's that we're so close from the homeless shelter but that's not the management's fault!!! They are close to everything only two blocks away from the trac station. A fine place to live, newly being renovated
August 21, 2015There is not much great and not much bad about this place. It is a very fine place to live. Location is very close to downtown, but also to the only homeless shelter in town. Apartments are not old, yet not quite new. Rent is neither high nor low. Parking is convenient if you have 1 car, impossible if you have 2. Common areas were getting old but are currently under renovation and are looking very snazzy from what I can see so far. Overall you get a good deal on what you pay for with very ...little worry.
