I'm considering moving back. The rent was affordable, I had to move due to losing my job, but I loved living here. It's a fairly quiet complex, the front office keeps you updated regularly on changes, they are very on top pf maintenance and cleaning the grounds. The pool is pretty sizable too and open all year! There are cats, so if you don't like cats, don't feed them, but I didn't mind them, they weren't annoying and didn't ruin my property or anything. The front office was great, professional, ...
and prompt! I loved living there and I'm looking forward to moving back if I can! I will say you have to put down fire ant powder, living in a complex w/ ppl there's gonna be roaches, but they were gone once I did that, but I don't blame the complex. They would do pest control, but you can only do SO MUCH if some of your fellow neighbors aren't clean you know.
