I'm considering moving back. The rent was affordable, I had to move due to losing my job, but I loved living here. It's a fairly quiet complex, the front office keeps you updated regularly on changes, they are very on top pf maintenance and cleaning the grounds. The pool is pretty sizable too and open all year! There are cats, so if you don't like cats, don't feed them, but I didn't mind them, they weren't annoying and didn't ruin my property or anything. The front office was great, professional, ...
and prompt! I loved living there and I'm looking forward to moving back if I can! I will say you have to put down fire ant powder, living in a complex w/ ppl there's gonna be roaches, but they were gone once I did that, but I don't blame the complex. They would do pest control, but you can only do SO MUCH if some of your fellow neighbors aren't clean you know.

I’ve lived here for about two months now and have had really no major problems. Neighbors are nice and most are middle aged or older (which is good for me being a student that needs a quiet space to study). When I first moved in, my washer and dryer had something wrong with them, so I put in a work order and they’re actually surprisingly quick with repairs. Anytime I’ve needed something done they’ve handled it the same day and even called to let me know what was going on. Only drawback is I had a ...
few small roaches (which I guess is what to expect being how old this complex is) but called pest control and hadn’t seen any since (finger crossed). Being that I only pay 695 for rent (they had a special when I signed) I really can’t complain. I viewed a couple other 700 dollar apartments before I started school and this is the Ritz Carlton compared to those lol. Great location too, only 40 minutes from Galveston, 20 from downtown, 5 minutes from an H-E-B and a Walmart, and 10 minutes from the nice mall in Webster.

What kind of apartment closes the pool on Memorial Day?

This one does. A few of the posts speak to this complex being a family friendly place to live - LIES. They have locked to pool the entire day today; when kids are not in school, and families like to grill and allow the kids to enjoy the pool. I cannot wait to move out. HORRIBLE!

OFFICE IS NICE AND THEY MAINTAIN THE GROUNDS WELL. PARKING CAN BE A BIT OF A WALK SOMETIMES. APARTMENTS ARE OLD AND COULD USE AN UPDATE BUT THEY ARE OK.

If your looking to settle down in an apartment complex that is family and community oriented these apartments are the one for you! Most of the tenants here have children and the complex hosts events for the children like crafting for mothers day and easter,as well as dinner get togethers for Thanksgiving and Christmas and even community garage sells for tenants.
