September 1, 2025I had an amazing experience at Alton Southern Highlands thanks to Nayla, who was by far the most professional and welcoming tour guide and leasing consultant I’ve ever met. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and took the time to walk me through every detail of the community and the floor plans. Nayla was extremely knowledgeable, patient with all of my questions, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit. She highlighted not only the apartment features but also ...the lifestyle and amenities that make this property stand out. Hidden gem
August 4, 2025I can't say enough about this place. It is truly a gem tucked away in a cul-de-sac. My experience so far has been great! People I've met are really nice, apartments are very nice and quiet. I work from home so it's great I have options without leaving the complex. Let me tell you, Adrianna is amazing! Beautiful apartment and amazing staff
July 30, 2025Everyone's really great at their jobs and pleasant to interact with. From the maintenance, to housekeeping, to the front office. Adrianna's awesome, she's always available if you have a question or need a service. The maintenance team has been really friendly as well. The first day I came I felt so good they made feel like if I were at home , with no rush or pressure the tour was above and beyond amazing.
