Terrible Management
February 6, 2024The management and maintenance is terrible. Excessive rent increases. The property is dirty and dumpsters are always over flowing. The pool is not properly maintained and was shut down by the health department. The reviews speak for themselves. This is the worst place to live in Petaluma.Property Manager Responded

Lack of Experience and Improper Billing
September 12, 2023Staff unprofessional and do not properly charge residents for utilitily bill back services. I have been overcharged multiple times and had to bring it to management attention. Upon moving out they over charged me and will not respond.Property Manager Responded

Nothing Works!
August 28, 2020I recently rented an apartment at Altura in Petaluma. Within a 5 week period the following repairs have been required: 1. Defective A.C. - had to be repaired 2. Defective Washer/Dryer - had to be replaced 3. Defective Garage Door Opener - had to be replaced 4. Defective Dishwasher - not usable and has yet to be replaced 5. Defective Oven - waiting for repairs Nothing is of quality in this apartment complex. I don't recommend signing a lease.
