About Alturra

Alturra aPodment® studios are light and bright micro-suites, each with its own private bathroom and kitchenette. This is a custom-designed six-story building not far from Broadway and SCCC, the new Light Rail Tunnel, and major bus-lines heading downtown or anywhere else in the city. Each aPodment suite is furnished with a kitchenette, bed, desk, and chair at no extra cost. Each tower has a shared full-sized kitchen and a roof deck. On-site janitorial service keeps the building spotless so you can forget about messy roommates! Coin-Op laundry is located on-site for your convenience. What more could you ask for?

This property is poor

With over 40 units per building they only have 5 washing machines. Sometimes they break making the problem worse. You have to pay a 6$ “connivence fee” every time you make a payment so expect to add about 10% of a months rent per year. My key broke inside they door so they charge a $50 a key. Moral of the story this is a hotel apartment that’s only good for a month or 2 max in emergencies any minor inconvenience will make you pay massively out of pocket
