About Alumni Lofts

Thank you for your interest in Alumni Lofts! Every apartment at Alumni Lofts has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer and its own unique charm. Our amenities include a state of the art fitness facility, two private courtyards, rooftop terrace and access to an adjacent parking garage owned by 3CDC. We are a cat friendly community (sorry no dogs). The application fee is $50 per adult. Standard deposits for approved applications are $200 for one bedroom units and $400 for two bedroom units. Below we have listed some of the pre-leasing price ranges and average square footage of some of our apartments.   • Beautiful Building, But Management Will Gaslight You

    I’ve lived at Alumni Lofts for years and used to love it—but the current management has made it nearly unbearable. I’ve been ignored, gaslit, and yelled at just for requesting basic maintenance and communication. I first requested a ceiling fan repair in January. Annabelle, the property manager, didn’t look at it until May—after months of silence. At that point, she brought in Ruby (who works for her) to “assess” it, clearly just trying to cover herself. I had already fixed the fan myself out of ...
    frustration. When I proposed a clear follow-up to get it replaced properly, both Annabelle and her boss Michelle ignored me completely. On top of that, Melissa, the leasing manager, makes it painful just to be here. Her tone is consistently dismissive, rude, and unprofessional, and every tenant I know agrees. Simple questions or concerns are met with eye-roll energy and zero effort. The building itself is beautiful. But if you care about being respected, heard, or treated like a human being—run. Once you sign the lease, you’re on your own—and if you speak up, prepare to be treated like you’re the problem.

  • Renter beware

    I've lived here for a little over a year and I would not recommend this place. Communication between the employees is poor so anytime there's something that needs to be taken care of I end up having to talk with multiple employees to resolve the same thing. Also, I've been accused of violating my lease via text because of allegedly not being signed up for the Parcel Pending delivery service even though a) the lease clearly states that using this service is an option and b) Turns out, Im already ...
    signed up for this service. I found this out after having to go back and forth between Parcel and Alumni to take care of this issue even though it wasnt my issue to beginwith! Yet again, poor communication with zero follow-through. It's stressful and aggravating to receive unnecessarily aggressive and accusatory texts. Also, I was told I would receive $100 credit for renewing my lease early which I did (3 months ago) but still have yet to receive that credit.
