It is a nasty and horrible place to rent. The office personnel are nasty and unprofessional to tenants. The maintenance does not know what they r doing being the employee turnover is at high volume at all times so nothing gets fixed. They do not value good tenants. In my opinion it is not worth the money or the headache at all. There is no water pressure in apts. half of them don’t even have hot water that runs right. And the on-site personnel treat you like trash.

If I could rate them a zero!

This complex is horrible. The office staff are rude and unprofessional. The corporate office is nonexistent and do not address an issues that are forwarded to them, if you can even reach anyone in corporate. This was my first apartment and boy was lesson learned. The conditions of the apartments are poor and maintenance issues are rarely resolved, maintenance guys are nice so this isn’t a reflection of them but rather of dated community that looks like it has been neglected for some time. ...

Naively I believed it was under renovations. Also they do not charge the rent that was quoted, so beware of hidden fees. I hope this review helps someone and prevents them from making a horrible mistake of calling this place home.

I recently moved out to Florida and was looking around for apartment. I regret moving in here. They do not fix nothing many apartments have biohazard waste inside with their back door broken I wish I can post pics here so you see how disgusting it is. They really don’t care about anyone it’s been 3 months and they have not fixed a thing. Total nightmare

My floor was warping, my cabinets were falling apart, my second story balcony was loose and had rusty nails. There was mold in the bathroom and we put work orders. 6 months of pure hell. The stairs in some units are falling apart, there is one unit with mold so bad it’s spreading to the other units!! Do not rent from here.

the worst apt ever they don't care for the tenant only the money, please don't waste your hard earned money on a dump. sewage is the worst I've ever seen. These apts need to be condemned for good or they need a better management staff to care for them. I don't know what verification scam put this complex at almost 4 stars, but if you want to live in the slums, then this is the place for you. Management does not care about absolutely anything that goes on, they treat their tenants like dirt. They don't care if you feel unsafe, they won't move you into another building. there are no porch lights outside in 3 entire buildings, if you let your cat out, it will be killed, or disappear, and management doesn't care. this complex is a joke. There is trash in the parking lots, the balconies upstairs have the railing removed and then its not replaced, no screens in any of the windows, they rent to refugees, homeless and Section 8, who have no choice but to live here so charge top dollar then offer nothing in return. They don't care what happens on the property and tell people who complain to call JSO, even if there are over 10 people living inside one apartment, their answer is, to shrug their shoulders and say "there's nothing we can do about that, people coming in and out." Full of drug dealing, don't go outside at night as you may get shot. This place is a nightmare.

These apartments are run down... Bad plumbing.. ac don't work. Roach infested... Roof leaking.... Flooding in apartment... Cracks in the wall... Cabinets falling apart... Bad community.. people will Rob you. Night lights don't work... High crime rate!!!! Clogged pipes.. toilet back up.. sewer back. They do not care about their residents. You can't view the apartment before you move in and they want you to pay.

This the worst apartment I have ever lived in. That is really saying as at my last apartment you needed to carry a crowbar and a firearm to feel safe and three burners on the stove didn't work. This place is worse than that. Also management has changed three times this year 2017 and not gotten any better. I am considering a cheap extended stay hotel until I can get somewhere better than this.

I am currently waiting for my lease to be up because this has been a terrible experience. The guy in the office is rude. I don't know if he reports the issues to maintenance or they just don't come. My A/C has been broken and no one has bothered to fix it. Stay away
