Alvadora apartments are cute and the community is quiet and safe. It is nice place to relax and unwind. Ai L is one of the best property management I have ever met. She really cares about her community, her residents, and the business practices. Maintenance requests are done in a timely manner and are fixed extremely fast! He is really nice too and knows what he is doing! Overall a great community!

The Alvadora Apartments are absolutely beautiful and the staff members are incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond to accommodate my quick move-in request and have been very welcoming ever since. Alvadora has felt like home from the moment I first toured the complex. I really enjoy the management at Alvadora!! Extremely friendly and professional. I have only one problem with the neighbors throughout the complex and that is those that refuse to pick up after their dogs. It's a real shame. Other than the sight it's the smell and sanitary part of not picking up after a pet.

My comments may be shared. I Love living here at Alavadora! People are friendly, and helpful even through this pandemic. I really appreciate Ai who is in charge of the office here. If I have any issues I contact her and in a timely manner my issues are resolved!!! Or at least I know why they can't be resolved due to the Pandemic. Mike (maintance) does a wonderful job too!!!!
