        I highly recommend the Alvista 240 apartments. My apartment is spacious with TONS of closet space. My nieghbors are friendly and always pick up packages left at my door when I'm not home. The management staff are affable and never hesitate to help me with any request. The maintenance team is ace! The complex is clean and nicely landscaped with lots of trees and planted flowers. It's an all around great place to live.

        It was ok until my vehicle was towed the 3 to fourth day I moved in out of my parking space and then they said I had to pay 600 to get it out. Basically lost my car. They have dirty diapers on the roof it’s gross unsanitary.

        My experience with Alvista240 has been consistently pleasant from start to finish. I was impressed by how quickly I was able to schedule a viewing—within an hour of my initial phone call, I was touring an available unit. The online application process was smooth and straightforward, which made things even easier. Miss T has been wonderful to work with—professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Brittney, while pleasant, sometimes comes across as a bit too busy to fully assist, but overall, ...
        both have contributed positively to my experience. The upgraded clubhouse, gym, and pool are beautifully maintained and definitely add to the appeal of the property. However, it’s disappointing that residents can’t access these amenities after the leasing office closes. It limits their usefulness, especially for those with busy schedules who might want to unwind or work out in the evening. Despite that, I would definitely recommend Alvista240 to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.
