So far Alvista has been great. Great communication from the office and maintenance crew. All my request and questions have been answered very quickly. The grounds kept clean and they hold people accountable for whatever mess they create in the community areas. The apartment itself was very clean upon moving in as well.

I highly recommend the Alvista 240 apartments. My apartment is spacious with TONS of closet space. My nieghbors are friendly and always pick up packages left at my door when I'm not home. The management staff are affable and never hesitate to help me with any request. The maintenance team is ace! The complex is clean and nicely landscaped with lots of trees and planted flowers. It's an all around great place to live.
