    In my opinion, maintenance is terrible, the apartment has several things wrong and they need to be improved but maintenance does not coordinate each area, for example I have 3 months without being able to open a door from the bedroom that connects to the balcony because the staff that repairs windows and doors that has gone are useless and inept, they even left a hole in a totally different door causing a bad appearance, I renewed the contract 4 months ago and they did not change or wash the ...
    carpet even though I asked for it more than 4 times, each thing that needs to be repaired, I have put in the repair request more than twice or they do not do it. This is a total disappointment and if I am not going somewhere else it is because if I break the contract they charge me a penalty. This complex is disappointing

    Moving from across the country was a huge task but once I secured my apartment is was easy. I was able to push my move in date a little further out to accolade the time it would take me to travel here and move in was quick and easy. Maintenance has been wonderful getting little things that weren’t quite perfect fixed in a timely manner and work very hard to get outside contractors in quickly for issues they can’t resolve. I feel very safe in this community which is not something I can say for all ...

    A nice quiet peaceful place to live with an adjoining park, dog park, bike path and grills. Neighbors are usually friendly and pleasant. The Property Manager is very helpful and easy to chat with about any problems or concerns. Overall, a very nice, comfortable place to live.
