The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and well-maintained. I especially love the open floor plan and large windows that let in tons of natural light. The amenities are top-notch—whether it’s the fitness center, pool, or the community lounge, everything is clean and thoughtfully designed. I get yall want to work 9-5 too, but your events are going to continue to struggle on turnout unless you change the times. March 18, 2025Overall satisfied. Maintenance and communication is solid. Would love to see more investment in the property itself. Lots of gates are damaged or broken. Dog area gates are in need of repair, gas in grills and fireplace maintained more often. Biggest suggestion is adding additional dog bins and trash cans throughout the property. There should be dog bins near most major entry points. Currently only 3 for entire property and tend to overflow and be too far away from entrances making it more ...likely for people not to pick up behind their dogs.Property Manager Responded
