January 23, 2026Why do we have to pay for our amenities? If we have community events, it doesn't make sense for after 10 people the rest of us have to pay. December 9, 2025I commute for work in the area on the weekends and it’s pretty hard getting a parking spot relative close to my building not a fan it just seem a boom came about and there are so many cars and many with decals other than that I’m pretty stoicProperty Manager Responded

October 26, 2025The phone needs to be answered Situation brought to the attention of management need to be addressed immediately Issues need to be fixed, not pacified garbage room need to be cleansed And checked every day and tenants you do not follow garbage protocol me to be notified. The garbage room should never look like they do. It causes infestation of bugs and rodents.Property Manager Responded

September 30, 2025Rent is going up and the property is going down. Broken gates, doors, mold growth, trash room isn’t maintained anymore.
