December 9, 2025I commute for work in the area on the weekends and it’s pretty hard getting a parking spot relative close to my building not a fan it just seem a boom came about and there are so many cars and many with decals other than that I’m pretty stoicReview from Apartments.com

October 26, 2025The phone needs to be answered Situation brought to the attention of management need to be addressed immediately Issues need to be fixed, not pacified garbage room need to be cleansed And checked every day and tenants you do not follow garbage protocol me to be notified. The garbage room should never look like they do. It causes infestation of bugs and rodents.Property Manager Responded

The apartment was very clean when walking into it on move in day, so a wonderful first impression- and again, the staff reflects the atmosphere of the community as soon as an application is submitted, so I could already tell that I’d love it here before even coming!Property Manager Responded

September 30, 2025Rent is going up and the property is going down. Broken gates, doors, mold growth, trash room isn’t maintained anymore. I could go on however, this would only make sense if things were more important to owners/ management. It’s unfortunate for many reasons.Property Manager Responded

August 20, 2025Maintenance team is a little slow with requests. Complex is very strict with freedom of expression on balconies. Assistant manager in office is helpful with moving things along. A lot of times the car readers on some of the entry doors stop working and some are left open which is questionable for security. The gates to parking area are also borken and do not give much reassurance for security if vehicles either. Overall, not a bad place, but it could definitely benefit from some improvements.Property Manager Responded
