April 17, 2025Overall good. Events seem fun, but are all at hours where unless you're work from home you can't attend. I get yall want to work 9-5 too, but your events are going to continue to struggle on turnout unless you change the times. March 18, 2025Overall satisfied. Maintenance and communication is solid. Would love to see more investment in the property itself. Lots of gates are damaged or broken. Dog area gates are in need of repair, gas in grills and fireplace maintained more often. Biggest suggestion is adding additional dog bins and trash cans throughout the property. There should be dog bins near most major entry points. Currently only 3 for entire property and tend to overflow and be too far away from entrances making it more ...likely for people not to pick up behind their dogs.Property Manager Responded

February 20, 2025For the most part amaze has been a good place to live but there are a few things that have happened that I know I will not be renewing my lease when the time comes. There was a date maintenance was suppose to be coming in to do a maintenance check. They came in a day early then written on the letter and I was not expecting people. They started punching in my door code and tried to come in but I shut the door because I’d didn’t know what was going on. Also the communication here is not great, when ...I first moved in I was told there would not be dumpsters infront of my apartment and they are still here. I think there are a lot of temps that work here and the communication is not good.Property Manager Responded
