Roach Infested

The first year was fine but recently the apartments are terrible. The entire second year i have been dealing with a infestation after infestation. I asked to break my lease 2 months early because of the constant infestation and they were wanting to charge me $3000 even though they have not fixed the roach problem. DO NOT MOVE HERE! UNLESS You are at risk of homelessness.. THESE are not the apartments to move to.

I have been living in these apartments for three years on two separate occasions. The apartment manager Isabel is wonderful, the maintenance staff are efficient and very friendly, and the landscaping is always kept neat and clean. I would continue to rent here until I buy a house, but the complex is in DISD. I want my kids in a better school district. Besides the downside of the terrible school district, these apartments are nice, clean, and quiet.

As a single mom I require a safe feeling. I'm very comfortable in my apartment and love the people around me. I appreciate the staff here at the apartments and their detication to keeping us happy with our living environment. I will be renewing my lease her for another year and have no doubt that I will continue to be happy.
