If maintenance is taking a while she checks in to let you know she hasn’t forgotten which I always appreciated. I only needed maintenance once for a water pressure issue in my bathroom sink and it was fixed quickly. I never had any problems with any pests or loud neighbors.

She is professional, friendly, and always responsive. Whether it was a quick question or a maintenance request, she handled everything with care and flexibility. It’s rare to find such a supportive and approachable manager—Lisa truly goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and heard. I’m very happy with my time at Ambassador and plan to return next year. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-located, well-managed, and welcoming apartment in the area.

apartments. I do want to warn any other women who would be walking to and from campus to carry some sort of pepper spray or the like. The crime in the neighborhood (and really just the city) can be pretty scary but the apartment itself is very safe. They even have some volunteer men to walk you to the building entrance from your car if desired! Here's the reason why I had to take a star off: While the maintenance workers are really nice, they can be very slow to fix anything that you need done. And sometimes the job they do can be a bit mediocre as mold in the room was not properly taken care of. When stinkbug season came around, instead of fixing the windows they instead just put some foil duct tape around the edges (which did fix the issue but could have been better). Overall the place is unbeatable in terms of price for what you get. I would highly recommend this place to students coming in!
