We have lived here for 6 years, and the property has changed ownership 4 or 5 times. The staff is constantly hiding in the office when they show up for work and the maintenance staff is non existent. After they did the rush renovations, I was left without a working bathroom fan, outlets in the kitchen that are not working and puncture holes in the ceiling, its been almost a year begging for fixes and nothing has been done. Every request brought to their attention is quickly removed from the ...

I had a very disappointing experience living here. The apartment had ongoing issues with roaches and mice, which made it extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary. Maintenance requests were either ignored or took far too long to be addressed, and many problems were never properly fixed.
Communication was also a major issue. It was difficult to get clear responses or updates, and follow-ups often went unanswered. My interactions with the leasing agent, Mida, were frustrating due to the lack of ...
responsiveness and professionalism.
I would not recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and well-managed place to live.

My apartment was flooded for more than a week while I lived on the bottom floor. I had to rent a carpet shampooer to suck up all the water off a portion of the carpet and when they finally showed up they only brought a fan to fix the flood. Like yes that’s going to fix everything. Maintenance was very poor, treadmills we’re constantly broken. While I was on top of my apartment in keeping it clean. Still had baby roaches coming from god knows where and one tiny mouse showing up every once in a ...

Really bad apartment community. Management and Maintenance is really horrible! You have to literally nag them to get anything done. Office is rarely open - even during their business hours. Once you sign the lease, they will behave as if you are non-existent.
Management is untrustworthy and the manager is particularly bad - she is rude and very unpleasant to talk to. Residents do not pick after their pets - so grounds are filthy. Garbage Area is small and becomes really nasty and stinky! Parking ...
has become an issue with the new towing policy that they have implemented. Broken down cars are parked everywhere and mechanic work on these cars and other big vehicles are performed here on a regular basis.
Overall, this place is not worth living!

This apartment community is a great place to live if u have kids. Its close to very good schools and the neighbors will look out for your kids. But, don't tell the staff none of your business because the whole neighborhood will know your business.
