Great startup apartment

These condos are individually owned and the price of rent varies. I live in the four units located outside of the main gate which is nice and peaceful. These condo are pet friendly and there is no breed restrictions. I don't pay any pet rent but others may since there are individually owed units. Inside the apartment complex there is a pool, laundry with a treadmill, stairstepper, and weights. There are also small bbq areas. The people inside the complex have lots of kids who they let run around ...

unsupervised. You get one parking spot and for your second car there is very limited guest spots. However, there is a school parking lot that we can use but it has been known that people can break into your car and steal your stuff. Even if you park inside the complex people will steal stuff out of your car. People will also not clean up after their dogs and will throw their trash all over the floor. Overall, it's a place that is cheap enough to save up and get a better place later.
