Not a safe place to live...
October 13, 2017The apartment has recently had an on-site shooting and nothing has been addressed to the residents. It happened in front of our apartment where the residents were not allowed to move their vehicles for the day. The management takes forever to fix an issue. During the heat wave, our AC went out and we were out of air for a whole week. When the AC was finally able to turn on, our building had no power for two days. The following week we had an AC leak in our apartment unit which meant that the AC ...still had issues. We had to be present for the repair tech to return to replace a part inside the unit that was causing water to spill onto the floor. The new management does not know how to operate the printers or desktops located in the business office building. The lady is so incompetent that she did not know how to print something that was emailed to her. The place was great because it seemed like a safe area. Considering that we have had a shooting, several break-ins, and suspicious men lurking around bushes, I am afraid that even that is not the case anymore.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Poor
February 6, 2016I've been a resident here since Dec.2012. Maintenance of is very poor here. Management doesn't want to spend a dime for repairs. They just try to replace appliances from other apartments and appliances are in poor condition. I went a whole month without a washer/dryer unit. Finally I had to by one for $1300.00 of my own money. It shouldn't have had come to this but that's the type of people who run this place. Apartments are old and so is the plumbing. Toilets are constantly backing up. I've been ...putting in the same list of repairs and maintenance never completes the work orders. They always say "we'll come back tomorrow", they never do. When I call to ask when they will return to complete the work, the office says that the work was completed. My advice, find another place to call home. No stars!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
