        Office personnel are excellent individuals but the maintenance team needs to be assessed for their commitment to help improve the standards at the property. It does not have to be perfect but for the amount of rent. It can be better.

        I enjoy living at The Ambrose. The facilities are very nice and it's convenient to Deep Ellum and downtown. It has a nice gym facility with nice updated water filtration unit with a feature allowing you to fill you gym bottle. That sits just inside a beautiful pool area with nice lighting and a pickleball court.

        My experience has been great due to the two leasing professionals, Yadira and Ms Martinez. They have gone beyond their job duties to make me feel at home. Ms Marinez, took time to assist me with hanging up my shower curtain. She found a stepping stool in a vacant apt and gave it to me, because she knew I needed one.         I really love calling Ambrose home. From the beginning of my tour until now I have been extremely satisfied with Ambrose. The office staff (everyone including maintenance) are extremely friendly (rare) and helpful. This is my first living experience downtown and it is the best possible one for me. My apartment is beautiful, the neighbors are friendly, my apartment looks onto a beautiful courtyard that lights up every night. At night the courtyard is quiet and peaceful - perfect for debriefing a ...

        Accommodating, friendly, professional staff members. Clean apartment and amenities. Sufficient parking space. Conveniently located by almost anything you'd need from other gyms, lots of food options, etc.

        I've been a resident for 5 years and have had a mostly positive experience. The entire Ambrose team is pleasant and puts a lot of effort into making the community feel like home. Since we are within walking distance of the entertainment areas it's important to be mindful of surroundings (as is the case with anywhere in the DFW area). Overall, I appreciate the convenience of the location and absolutely love the layout of my unit. I would recommend this to a young professional due to the access to ...

        I love it here, it’s very convenient and I love the area. However the only thing that I wish could change are the Air BNB’s. Some of the noise and traffic of non residents is frustrating at times.
