My partner and I lived here for just over a year and we really enjoyed our time there. The manager for the building (Faith) was fantastic! She is warm and friendly. Living in a large apartment building comes with challenges but the building manager and the entire staff addressed our concerns and did so with a great deal of professionalism and respect. The building is very pet friendly and the tenants that we interacted with were all very polite.

Management does not fix issues. They love passing the buck and sitting on their tails doing nothing. They are great at coming up with "last minute" paperwork that they magically find improperly done close to a year ago and they did this themselves. They expect your insurance company to modify the way THEY do business to suit their needs. I've literally had to be in their office because of one of their mandatory, due by end of the day paperwork that they keep putting errors in so you shouldn't ...
