April 21, 2024Moving into & now living at American Electric Lofts, has far exceeded my expectations!! This property offers a charming, fun, & safe environment. I’m thoroughly impressed with the consistent cleanliness, & maintenance of the property. The hallways always smell freshly cleaned, & smoke free!! I love that I made the decision, to leave a suburban lifestyle, for down living. This area is a perfect work/life balance for me. Great Management
October 4, 2023My partner and I lived here for just over a year and we really enjoyed our time there. The manager for the building (Faith) was fantastic! She is warm and friendly. Living in a large apartment building comes with challenges but the building manager and the entire staff addressed our concerns and did so with a great deal of professionalism and respect. The building is very pet friendly and the tenants that we interacted with were all very polite.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible management, "amenities" LOOK great until you use it
August 23, 2022Management does not fix issues. They love passing the buck and sitting on their tails doing nothing. They are great at coming up with "last minute" paperwork that they magically find improperly done close to a year ago and they did this themselves. They expect your insurance company to modify the way THEY do business to suit their needs. I've literally had to be in their office because of one of their mandatory, due by end of the day paperwork that they keep putting errors in so you shouldn't ...sign it.
