Me and my family have lived here for almost a year and i can honestly say that its been great living here. I had a leak in the gallway from the airconditioning and they came and fixed it that same day. The laundry facility is small but ive never had to wait for a washer or dryer. The apartments are clean, although some features are a little out of date such as the green carpets and cabenets. But all in all, i cant really complain. Its very quiet here and the neighbors are really nice people and ...
its nice not having anyone above or below you. The walls keep alot of noice out. The courtyard is always mowed and looks nice and there are pidgeons and squirrels to feed if you like animals. Speaking of animals, theres a no pet policy, which im sad about because ide love to have a small dog but cant. But rent is cheap and they are very quick to fix anything wrong so its a matter of what youre looking for and priorities. I would like to see updated carpets and other features, a small pets only policy, and three bedrooms in an apartment but for the price and comfort and safety, its worth it. Ide recommend this place to anyone and ide live here again if i didnt need another room for our newest member of the family.
