August 25, 2023We moved year a little more than a year ago and have been incredibly dissatisfied with the apartment. These apartments are supposed to be newly renovated and our has been falling apart from the day we moved in, despite the leasing office stating the apartment was ready. We have had to call maintenance at least once a month with appliances and fixtures around the apartment breaking. The walls are paper-thin and were damaged upon moving in. Our heater is a dial in the wall that cannot regulate ...temperature aside from how long it's on. The price you will pay for what you receive is ridiculous, I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a quality apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 6, 2022This place is okay, but I’ve been looking around and there are comparable apartments that offer way better choices than this place. I’ll be here for awhile, but I’m also looking after the costs went up. I live in the one bedroom and the huge drawback for me is also paying the high monthly individual charges that are passed to all tenants (water, sewer, trash, and all shared costs). There are way more costs of living here than there are benefits offered (in my personal opinion). If I had the ...option to go back in time, I probably would have chosen a different place that had more to offer for the same price. The good thing is that it’s secluded and away from the city, which I enjoy the open space. August 14, 2015This complex is very nice and well maintained, in a "good" area (wink)of the city of Rohnert Park. The unit I have is a one bedroom, which will be a challenge when the kids come for the weekend, but it has a huge living room. There's a nice onsite laundry facility and a small workout room with a few pieces of gym equipment. The only drawback is that there is an additional charge of $70 a month for water and garbage, so I'll be paying for water and about $5 a load for laundry, which is a drag.
