There is no online option to pay rent so you have to go in face to face to personally turn in money orders. There is no security cameras anywhere on the property so that mean there are none that point towards the drop box that leads to leasing office floor. Management is not great, maintenance tends to rig broken things instead of actually fixing them, and the entire complex is stuck in the Stone Age.. so if you don’t have to move here, I wouldn’t.
