Cody to the rescue!
December 1, 2023My Finance and I got into a pickle with a last complex, as they tried to increase the rent on day of move-in which would save us no money. Luckily I found this place and got into contact with Cody who was very helpful, empathetic, and even gave us a discount on the money due at move-in which was very helpful. The maintenance staff also was very helpful and fast. They fixed the minor issues the next day of putting in the work order. Wonderful staff and up to date apartments
July 18, 2023I moved in only 3 days ago and the staff and apartment are wonderful. I had some maintenance requests and they came right away to take care of it. Abby was so patient with me and answered all my questions right away. I looked at a lot of apartments before this one, so save time and just come here. You won't regret it ? March 16, 2023I just moved in and already love it! The grounds are beautiful and my apartment layout has so many opportunities to decorate how I want. March 2, 2023I love living at the Amira Apartments, it nurtures a community of fun and activity. I have made so many friends by attending some of the free weekly social events at the community clubhouse including Art classes every wednesday and monthly events for my family. Its so fun! the pool is great! and the neighbors are super friendly. Its also pet friendly and the dog park and dog wash is convenient.Property Manager Responded

Very helpful staff and nice community
February 3, 2023I've lived at Amira for a little over a year and a half and have enjoyed it. The location is convenient being close to the airport and plenty of other stores and restaurants. I recently had to move from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom here and everyone was super helpful, especially Pamela and Brianna. Also, maintenance is always very quick (less than a day or 2) which is nice. Best choice I could've made
October 19, 2022I absolutely love living at Amira. Coming from out of town, I didn't know the area too well. Thankfully I found this place. Brianna and Peter are extremely friendly and helpful. Its pretty central to the beach, nightlife, downtown, etc. The community itself is wonderful - the pool is beautiful and the gym has everything I need.Property Manager Responded
