Once dinner time rolls around, the same inevitable debate pops - where to eat? You want somewhere unique yet affordable, a place that's classy yet not stuffy, somewhere ideal for a decent size group...Ceviche! For the uninitiated, the concept behind any Tapas bar worth its stripes is to provide a wide assortment of 'tasting' size entrée offerings. Usually slighter more than a mouthful and delivered in pairs, Tapas cuisine can produce some of the most adventurous meals your taste buds have ever attempted. Taking this time-honored approach to heart, Ceviche presents over one hundred (!) varieties of both hot and cold Tapas selections, including a plethora of imported items. Ranging from vegetarian delights (try the Espinacas for an amazing combination of honey, garlic and figs) to omnivore heaven (the Alcachofas Rellenas bring together artichokes stuffed with ham, shrimp and sherry cream sauce), the extensive menu at Ceviche is to die for. Beer and wine are available, with the serving staff more than eager to suggest a fitting libation accompaniment to your food choices, although a true night at Ceviche is not complete without a sampling of their house Sangria. Complete your laugh-and-cuisine-filled outing by sampling some of the house pastries while taking in the live Flamenco music, and you've got an evening that will firmly be stamped in the memory books for a long time to come.
