I was very hesitant to to live anywhere near downtown when I first started searching for a new place, but the neighborhood is so great, conveniently located, and walkable, with lots of great businesses nearby. Their maintenance and service team is fantastic, I can submit a request before I leave to work and by the time I arrive home the work has been completed. the maintenance work is also quality work. The leasing team is very helpful and my favorite part is how good the sound insulation is between apartments, i never hear a peep from any of my neighbors and vice versa which is great.Property Manager Responded
