March 11, 2026I have enjoyed my stay here so far. The neighborhood is safe and relatively quiet. The staff is warm and welcoming. The residents are typically friendly or just keep to themselves. Work orders are promptly addressed. Only turnoff is the parking situation. I regularly find cars crooked and/or parked in 2 spaces. Guest parking is plentiful, but they need to be prepared for a walk across the property to get to your place. December 31, 2025This is truly such an amazing property and community to live in. Joann and Zoë make living here comfortable and fun- not to mention how friendly they are. The property itself allows such accessibility to Raleigh all while being quiet and peaceful. The maintenance staff is beyond helpful for any situation you have as well.
