May 30, 2025I’ve really enjoyed living at Anderson Flats! The location in Midtown Raleigh is incredibly convenient—close to everything I need, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Fantastic Place to Live
April 11, 2025Anderson Flats is an amazing place to live! Not only is it in the perfect location (close to 440/40/70), the staff is always going the extra mile. Joanna and Allie make sure everyone is a priority! One Friday the elevator stopped working. I just had surgery on my foot and could not get up and down the stairs. Joanna was able to get the elevator repaired that night. The maintenance team is fantastic too! They respond so quickly to any issues. Couldn’t live in a better place!Property Manager Responded
