December 31, 2025This is truly such an amazing property and community to live in. Joann and Zoë make living here comfortable and fun- not to mention how friendly they are. The property itself allows such accessibility to Raleigh all while being quiet and peaceful. The maintenance staff is beyond helpful for any situation you have as well. August 20, 2025I love Anderson Flats so much that when my lease ended on my one bedroom that I moved across the street to a two bedroom...I enjoy the closeness of the neighbors and the community within the community is peaceful and welcoming.Property Manager Responded
