I love living at Anderson Flats - truly the best place I have ever lived! Management is kind, quick, and responsive. The same goes for maintenance! The events property management throws are always so fun and carefully thought out! I love how spacious our 2-bed is, the amenities, and basically everything about living here :)

When I was moving to Raleigh and researching apartments online, Anderson Flats came out on top. And after touring in person, I was able to confirm it as my top choice! It fit everything I was looking for in my budget, ideal floorplan, large kitchen, modern finish, and amenities. And it is a convenient and pleasant area of town to live in. Zoe and Joanna made it very straightforward for me to apply for my unit. My coworkers were amazed at how quickly I was able to move into an apartment!

The leasing and maintenance team is amazing here! They are always willing to help and put on events for the community that are lots of fun. The community is well kept with nice apartments at a reasonable price. It also backs up to the greenway trail system. I would definitely recommend living here.

I have lived here since it opened. It is a great neighborhood and love the location. Office staff and maintenance staff are amazing! Needs a little TLC though. Overall I would recommend.

I have lived at Anderson Flats for almost 5 years. Joanna is easily the best property manager I have ever experienced; Zoe, the leasing associate is wonderful; the maintenance team, Naz and Ariel are quick, efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. I have enjoyed my stay here so far. The neighborhood is safe and relatively quiet. The staff is warm and welcoming. The residents are typically friendly or just keep to themselves. Work orders are promptly addressed. Only turnoff is the parking situation. I regularly find cars crooked and/or parked in 2 spaces. Guest parking is plentiful, but they need to be prepared for a walk across the property to get to your place. Nearly everything here has been at least good, but nothing strikes me as ...
