Avoid at all costs
April 9, 2025This is the worst apartment I've ever had. Roach infested, faulty wiring, poor condition of cabinets and appliances. If you want anything fixed, expect to have to go down to the office and pitch a fit to (maybe) get it fixed. Management constantly sends e-mails shouting at us about one thing or another and are constantly changing the rules. It's exhausting. Go anywhere else, if you can.Property Manager Responded

Bad service communication and maintenance management
March 20, 2025My a/c has been out over 10 times in 2 years. My heat has gone out 3 times. They almost never come to fix things and when it is checked out sometimes it's still not fixed. Everything thing is tried to remedy problems except actually fixing the problem. It will be 3 weeks to a month before anything is actually addressed.Property Manager Responded

Read/View before sogning
July 13, 2023Just moved within the last week. I was told my appliances were being renovated and the apartment would be ready at move in. Unfortunately, I'm still missing my washer/dryer. Customer Service staff is friendly however the maintenance issue is another story. At move in they were installing the appliances and fixtures but somehow left bathtub faucet leaking non-stop (running water not dripping). Also, get your own wifi. Your building runs on the same network, meaning shared connection i.e. terrible quality and inconsistency. It’s a dump and unkept. Do not rent here.
