Avoid at all costs

This is the worst apartment I've ever had. Roach infested, faulty wiring, poor condition of cabinets and appliances. If you want anything fixed, expect to have to go down to the office and pitch a fit to (maybe) get it fixed. Management constantly sends e-mails shouting at us about one thing or another and are constantly changing the rules. It's exhausting. Go anywhere else, if you can.

My a/c has been out over 10 times in 2 years. My heat has gone out 3 times. They almost never come to fix things and when it is checked out sometimes it's still not fixed. Everything thing is tried to remedy problems except actually fixing the problem. It will be 3 weeks to a month before anything is actually addressed.

Just moved within the last week. I was told my appliances were being renovated and the apartment would be ready at move in. Unfortunately, I'm still missing my washer/dryer. Customer Service staff is friendly however the maintenance issue is another story. At move in they were installing the appliances and fixtures but somehow left bathtub faucet leaking non-stop (running water not dripping). If you end up signing a lease be prepared for setbacks, this property was newly bought and they're ...
still trying to figure out how to make a profit from this location without spending the necessary costs. Also, get your own wifi. Your building runs on the same network, meaning shared connection i.e. terrible quality and inconsistency. Before signing read this for your sake. -------------- With record high temps this summer a pool would be nice. Unfortunately the community lacks the sense of urgency. Should fixed by New Years.
