Renter Beware!
May 16, 2023The maintenance team here could be better. I have been a resident here for a long time. I have seen 3 different managements companies come in and out. The current maintenance team could use more training or a whole different crew. The pipes freeze when running the ac and it leaks water into the filter compartment. Maintenance comes over with tape and blows water from inside the ac compartment all over the floor. No regard for cleanliness. Someone's dog took a s*** on the walk way coming out the ...door of the apartment spoke with maintenance about it. They stated they would take care of it. Next day comes, it's still sitting there. Neighbors are smoking stank weed and you can smell the smoke leaking in your own apartment almost as if you were smoking it. Must have thin insulation. Irresponsible tenants and maintenance crew. The valet will not pick up the trash or recycling and you are charged monthly. These one star reviews are telling the whole story about the complex.Property Manager Responded

Apartment Hunting in 2022

False information
July 5, 2022If I could give 0 stars I would. I wouldn’t recommend applying to this place. They don’t listen to you and just nod their head when you ask them questions. I was told a bunch of false answers to my questions. I was told admin fee was refundable but when I was denied it was all of sudden not refundable.Property Manager Responded

Do not rent here
February 23, 2022If I could give this complex a zero star I would. 100% the worst renting experience I have ever had. To start we were moving site unseen due to the fact we had a short window to move and could not make the trip living three hours away. I would ask all proper questions over the phone and all I got was yep or no. Then when it came time to pick a unit they only had one that matched what we were looking for. I asked for picture of the VACANT unit or a zoom call walk through video anything they said ...we don’t have time for that today I said no problem could I receive it in a couple of days, the answer, no. Given our short time frame we signed the lease and moved in. During the next week right after move in the water line in our shower exploded and flooded the bathroom. For the next seven days we had no water, then no hot water, then no shower, we had vendors and on site maintenance crew in and out every day. We asked if they could make other accommodations for us to be able to use water because this was no fault of our own and they said no. The last plumber that came to replace everything says “they haven’t done piping like this or showers like this since the 80’s” Come to find out these apartments are 40 years old. When they had to tear out the old shower wall there was black mold, everywhere. They would not clean it up and would not reseal the other parts of the shower wall so that more mold would not grow. That being said your “renovated package” includes only new paint and vinyl faux wood flooring. Very disappointing. They charge you monthly for valet trash 5 days a week which seems like they pick and chose what nights to actually pick up trash even if you follow the guidelines. Not worth the extra monthly bill. Now onto the other residents, I don’t believe that the office actually does background/income checks. There is simply no way. The other residents do not clean up after their pets, they are not welcoming, and not considerate at all of others. Moral of the story these apartment complex and it’s amenities are NOT WORTH what they are charging per month for rent, not even close. The office is not good at all about communication. Do not believe the pictures you see online because it does not match what you see when you arrive at the complex. I would not recommend to anyone to live here.
