  • Application Good Move In Bad

    The property is a great property with a lot of amenities. The landscaping is so so and there are some exterior areas of the buildings that are in need of maintenance. Truck and trailer got towed 8 hours after arriving to move in. Light bulbs out, AC not working in 80 degrees when they know we registered a dog, loose cabinet/bathroom fixtures, leaking tub spout, disconnected dryer vent, not functioning smoke detectors, broken garbage disposal and also a ripped patio screen on day of move in. The ...
    magnetic gates on the property don’t lock and the front gate stays open about a few feet. We can tell the previous tenant smoked inside the apartment because besides the smell, the vents, patios blinds, and bedroom blinds are tinted yellow and we had to have them replace half after we moved in. Maintenance was in right away the next morning since we went into the office right when they opened. So far things have been better since moving in two weeks ago however there has been no property manager on site to talk to even though online It says management on site. I emailed the regional email that was provided by the leasing agent in the office about everything that happened on move in day and I haven’t gotten any answer back two weeks later. Hoping things get taken care of now that the new year is here and there should be a person we can talk to in the office.

    I would think twice about moving here.   • community has gone down hill

    Gates are not working and need to be replaced but management is not spending the money to make repairs . Safety concern Pool is closed management will tell you they are waiting for a part but that's been over 3 months so no pool service.     I moved to Andros about a year ago and at first, I thought it was great. I have since realized it just looked that way. The staff is rude when asked questions if you can even ask. The parking situation is insanity, if you come home after 10 at night you will NOT find parking anywhere near your apartment. If you find parking, you will end up with ants all over your car because the complex will not deal with massive ant hills taking over. The walls are thin, so you can hear everything!!! They make ...
    you pay for valet trash, which sounded great at first, but now they only take the trash a fraction of the times it is put out and write threatening letters if the trash is "too heavy" (I ended up carrying it to the trash myself, it wasn't heavy!). Then we will get to the most annoying part, friends. If you want friends over, they will have to park in a back alley and walk. This makes the parking issue kinda insane (why would there be more cars some days than others, since they will tow any car they do not see a sticker on). I have never had any issue with having friends over until recently. We have friends over every weekend and have done so since we moved in, but ever since we re-signed the lease here, we have had cops at our door multiple times(we were playing a board game and had turned the music off when it happened the last time). We are in a pandemic, it is reasonable that we would stay home. We should be able to talk and laugh in our own home. This is not a homey place anymore. DO NOT MOVE HERE! It just keeps going down hill.
