March 23, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI wouldn’t live there again if it meant I was going to be homeless. These people don’t do nothing but play in your face AND your money. Communication is non existent! They claim it’s non-smoking but you smell weed every which way. Tried to charge us 700$ for trash and didn’t say anything until we were moved out.

November 6, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI just toured with Carson today, not only was he super enthusiastic about all the amenities from pickle ball court to the refrigerated package section for Hello Fresh type deliveries and he even pointed out the little nook with a shoe shelf right when you walk into a three bedroom which is fantastic since I have a crawling baby! He made sure to give me all the info I needed when I walked out and it was the best tour I’ve had since looking in Huntsville. Not to mention that they have apartments, townhomes, AND cottages!!! The finishes are gorgeous, and I live in one of the regular units! The location is perfect for my family and I. New management is poor
July 5, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comWhen I first moved here, this complex was phenomenal. However, since the new management took over, the complex has gone down hill dramatically. From maintenance issues, to unhelpful staff members wholly unwilling to work with people, to militant infraction policing of issues they do not notify you about, I would advise people to stay clear of Anthem Apartments.Property Manager Responded
