March 23, 2026I wouldn’t live there again if it meant I was going to be homeless. These people don’t do nothing but play in your face AND your money. Communication is non existent! They claim it’s non-smoking but you smell weed every which way. Tried to charge us 700$ for trash and didn’t say anything until we were moved out.Review from Apartments.com
Best Property in Huntsville!

I continue to stay with Anthem, not only for all the amenities they have that are so well maintained, but also for the customer service and monthly events they do that make it feel much more like a resort than an apartment. Great Tour!
November 6, 2023I just toured with Carson today, not only was he super enthusiastic about all the amenities from pickle ball court to the refrigerated package section for Hello Fresh type deliveries and he even pointed out the little nook with a shoe shelf right when you walk into a three bedroom which is fantastic since I have a crawling baby! He made sure to give me all the info I needed when I walked out and it was the best tour I’ve had since looking in Huntsville. The entire staff was welcoming, I didn’t ...feel like I was bothering anyone which is the vibe at a lot of properties and the office was so clean and smelled really nice.Property Manager Responded

LOVE LIVING HERE
July 8, 2023From the Pickle Ball Court to the herb garden, this place is fantastic! I love all the green spaces and fire pits. There is never a lack of things to do here! Not to mention that they have apartments, townhomes, AND cottages!!! The finishes are gorgeous, and I live in one of the regular units! The location is perfect for my family and I. New management is poor
July 5, 2023When I first moved here, this complex was phenomenal. However, since the new management took over, the complex has gone down hill dramatically. From maintenance issues, to unhelpful staff members wholly unwilling to work with people, to militant infraction policing of issues they do not notify you about, I would advise people to stay clear of Anthem Apartments.Property Manager Responded
