A Great Family Place
February 5, 2018The maintenance staff Eric and Chris are very helpful and friendly, they walk the property every morning and smile and wave when you are leaving for work. The property has a community feel, it is well lit and very well kept. Kathy the property manager is wonderful, she is professional but also very nice and helpful. The park is nice for kids, the sidewalks are great too to walk around the property and connected neighborhood. The basketball court is the nicest one in Antioch and it is private for ...the residents. The apartments are nice, the bedrooms are really good size. I like the safe feeling of living there and how all the neighbors watch out for each other and the staff and management do the same. Our first home!
June 8, 2017My husband and I have lived here for the last 9 years! We chose Antioch Manor for its affordability, close proximity to the downtown area and it's surrounding safe & friendly neighborhood. What was originally a two or three year plan became a bit longer because we were so happy with our little home together. We adopted our first furry friend, got married and even welcomed our first child while living here. There is a small park and basketball court by the office and another just on the other ...side of the apartments (super short walking distance) for those with little ones. It's also within walking distance of the library, pool and downtown area. Everyone in our building is very nice and respectful of others living around them. We know everyone in our building and feel very comfortable and safe. Kathy and Eric, along with the rest of the staff are super accommodating and will help in any way they can to make your experience a good one. Things get fixed quickly and efficiently and ALWAYS with a smile and a few laughs. If it wasn't for our growing family, we would be happy to stay. June 24, 2016I have lived here at Antioch Manor apartment for over 5 years. The grounds and building are kept clean & building are maintain 5x*. There a library and swimming pool less than 1 mile. There's a park district and Senior Center located about 1.2 miles. Your have a choice of AT&T DSL or Comcast for internet and Comcast or satellite for television. July 22, 2015Antioch Manor is a great place to live! The owners are very nice and understanding. The apartments, parking lot, park and everything else is very well maintained. They clean the inside of the buildings, the hallways and stair ways. They hand deliver anything that they need to tell you about or that you need to sign. There is a generous grace period on late payments. When you move in, they welcome you with a package and some of the essentials you will need.
