Moving In The complex is great. The apartment is open and roomy. The kitchen is one of my favorite things, with the island. So lovely. I enjoy the size of the gym. I believe my children and I will really love splashing in the pool once the weather warms.

Every time I had an issue, the maintenance tickets were handled within 48 hours, ensuring prompt and efficient service. If your not staying here you should be. I don't even know where to start. The minute we drove into this place for the first time we fell in love. The complex is beautiful and there is forestry and scenery everywhere. The first thing I told my wife was wow this feels like a vacation but we're gonna be living here. Before becoming a tenant, please know that though lovely, the complex on Southwood Plantation Road in Tallahassee, FL is managed extremely poorly. One example - there has been a door clearly marked with a "warning" sign (located directly outside of my apartment bedroom window) that houses some machine and is sending an extremely loud beeping noise through my walls. This maddening sound has been driving me certifiably nuts for almost a week. The manager, Jasmine keeps promising that she will have ...

Do not move here. I moved in a couple of years ago and had a brand new apartment. They are terribly built. You can hear everything through the walls.
