practically abandoned property
January 31, 2026the units themselves are nice, the staff is helpful as far as they can be, but the owners and management have neglected this property to a point in which the building seems condemned, abandoned. the floors and common areas are absolutely filthy, there is garbage piling up in hallways and stairs, the elevators work sometimes, the appliances are ancient and awful. save yourself a lot of grief: rent elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com
WORST PLACE EVER
May 3, 2019The upkeeping of the place is terrible. They dont have exterminators but have a rodent problem. They dont even maintain the conditions of the property and will still request the rent! DO NOT MOVE HERE!Property Manager Responded

Crystal lake aptments
September 21, 2015We are renting a 2 bedroom 2 bath apt. The tenant is issued one parking space. The other parking is passed the payment complex. Most of tenant do,t put parking stickers on there card in order to park in guest parking spaces which are close to the building. I have contacted the management company about repeat offenders who live here that park in quest parking spaces. Have the car make and tag numbers. The management company didn't do anything. So on weekends or even during the weekday cannot have ...quest come over due to tenant using guest parking spots. My mom was issued a handicap sticker for her car , that day call the management office to I,form them to put at least one handicap spot. They flatly stated no! The washing machines do,t have enough water in them to was clothes.if the washing machines or dryers brake down and take your quarters. The management company will not yes refuses to refund you the money lost. We pay for water and renters insurance... To b honest I'm surprised we don't pay for the mangement salaries. The payment complex needs to be painted on the outside but they refuse to do so. Please think twice about renting here. They even charge for a re decoration fee (paint the payment after you leave of 250.00) To be taken out of the Security deposit which won't get back!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
