SO BAD
November 25, 2024I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and this apartment complex has gone down hill. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED. It seems like there’s a new problem every week. Last Christmas our heat went out for a few days and no one could come to fix it as maintenance was off for the holiday. We had a freezing cold apartment for days. Sometime last year there was a leak in the roof that affected apartments on every floor, ours being one of them. We had a huge loud fan that was on 24/7 and drove up our electric bill. ...I’ve had a leak in my closet that is spreading water under the carpet of my entire room. I put a maintenance request in JULY for it to be fixed and it’s NOVEMBER, still not fixed. I’ve been in touch with maintenance and the property manager since July and it seems like no one is rushed to fix it. All the storage under my bed grew mold and it’s all sitting in my living room. When it rains, my room smells like mildew because of the water and I was given a small fan as a “quick fix” until they can find where the leak is coming from. 5 months later they still haven’t found where the leak is coming from. One half of my closet is unusable for storage as well because of the leak. TERRIBLE. Parking is terrible as well, especially if you work late. Don’t expect to park close to your apartment.Property Manager Responded

Stolen car
October 3, 2024Apartments-eleven240 has really gone down since they changed management. Alot of people have complained because the office manager doesn't listen to our concerns. Stolen cars, dirty breezeways, loud music, thin walls, trashy, etc.Property Manager Responded

Love the place I've found
January 3, 2022I moved in Feb. 2021, not too long after the complex first opened. The units were new (mine had never been lived in before!) and appliances were in great shape. Even in my 1 bedroom unit, the layout of the apartment is cleverly engineered and feels pretty spacious. I really have no major complaints thus far -- the leasing office staff is friendly and helpful whenever I have questions about billing, utilities, mail, etc. I don't personally use the communal facilities like the pool/gym, game room, ...etc., but I'm aware the apartment has them. Most of Charlotte is accessible within 15 minutes of driving, and the mall and a plaza with a Target, Chipotle, etc. is even closer (5 minutes away). Would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking in the area.Property Manager Responded
