Don’t MOVE HERE !!
February 18, 2026I'll make this short. The 'luxury apartment' reviews are false; they've been updated to make it seem like they're doing well, but they're actually going under on their contracts. The pool was supposed to be heated year-round, but it's cold water - how do you expect people to swim in cold water? It's a total joke. The gym is available 24 hours, but some equipment has been broken for 4 months with no fix, and there's nothing to wipe down the equipment. They just closed the dog park, leaving ...residents wondering where their pets are supposed to go to the bathroom or run. It's ridiculous and should be exposed. We pay a lot, but nothing gets fixed. Also, be aware that there's no privacy; you can hear everything through the walls. Don't move here unless you want to find out for yourself. They claim the river location increases prices, but residents are complaining and nothing's done. Oh, and there's no free parking - you'll get towed if you park in the wrong spot. The paid parking is overpriced, especially considering the cheap equipment and damage from snow."Property Manager Responded
February 18, 2026Thank you for your review however it does seem as you may have some information that is incorrect. The pool is heated and open, no it is not hot tub hot, but it is heated. All our gym equipment is working properly with the exception of one stationary bike, which we have more of, it is waiting for a part to arrive. The dog parks where just closed last night for cleaning and to install cameras to ensure residents pick up after their pets. Free parking is available in the parallel spaces and the large parking area outside the gates. Yes, we have towed vehicles that are park illegally in other residents paid spaces. We understand you may be not happy with your choice to live at Harbor Town currently but hope that with time you will come to enjoy your stay and the rules that we have in place to make everyone that lives her happy.

Perfection!
October 12, 2021I would give this a 10 if I could. 5 stars just doesnt seem like enough. After searching for what seemed like months, my wife and I finally landed at haarbortown. Location and details
June 7, 2021Location is perfect. At the entrance to the apartments is the brotherhood of police. It’s a big police hangout spot. Lots of restaurants, coffee, businesses, outdoor hangouts, breweries, and downtown is super close. I wanted downtown life without actually living right in the middle of it. Easy to get to interstate. Details in the apartments are great. I had one work order that got handled really quick. I see the courtesy officer patrolling at night. I see staff walking and they all wave at me ...every time. Even maintenance knows my name and that makes me feel like I’m at home. 10/10.Property Manager Responded
