Horrible
January 17, 2022Our ceiling in the unit has leaked 5 times during our stay and all the The Arboretum does is "paint over" the damage. No one has opened the ceiling to see where the leaks are coming from! Please don't give me that generic reply as to "we'll love to speak with you regarding the issue". We are concerned about mold from sitting water in our ceiling and also electrical issues since our fan is located right next to the main leak. They only want to allow our unit to be switched and have us pay the new ...market value for the unit which is unfair since the structural issues are not tenants responsibilities.Property Manager Responded

Good and Bad
November 13, 2021GOOD: The people that work here in the building are kind and helpful. Lynne and Gabby in particular. My apt was flooded 2 times for separate issues and (after some fighting with sr. Management) they moved me to another unit at the same rate. It was an upgrade and I truly believe that Lynne and Gabby had to fought on my behalf. BAD: I. Have. Never. Gotten. A. Package. I have to use an Amazon locker, I have to send things to friends houses. Almost everything that that was sent here was lost and ...you can’t order food.Property Manager Responded

We have heard these concerns and will be installing a package locker room here soon as part of our property renovations. It does sound like some carriers are neglecting to take packages to doors when that is what our residents are so often paying for. We would definitely encourage you to follow up with delivery personnel and carriers so that they receive this feedback as well. When the office is open, we do our best to assist delivery drivers in navigating the building to get packages to resident's doors, but there are times when we are not here or not available to assist. It is still the responsibility of the carrier to ensure proper delivery, and we are sorry they are not supplying that to you.
