Great landlord. Quiet area, close to the park. Maintenance repairs are quick and the people here are friendly. I have lived here 6 years. Can't find a more affordable place to live that's quiet.

I have lived here for 8 months, I enjoy living in Harrah and I feel safe at apple valley .I've had no issues, they keep up with maintenance and the landscaping and the management is very cooperative and helpful Tiffany is the greatest.

This apt does not care about their tenants! Repairs are done when they want to do them. Was without working AC and had small window unit for months. Some kid broke patio door when moved in and not fixed, have asked for 4 yrs now. They new management and not any better!

Apple valley is infested with roaches. I've never had a problem until I moved there. Ive complained several times about the roaches and there were only 2 times that she sent an "exterminator" to spray. The first time a guy rushed in and squirted a few dots of gel in the kitchen then left. The second time I came home to all my cabinets open and my whole apartment fumigated with a warning they were even coming by. Both treatments did NOTHING. Found termites too. Had a leak in the floor that would ...
soak my carpet by my bathroom that was never taken care of. Also I basically had to deep clean the place before I move my things in. This place is disgusting. Don't rent here.

Maintenance wasn't the best. The landlord is all right. There were minor imperfections throughout, for instance, one of the closet doors wasn't on the track, but we had new counter tops and carpet.
