Overlooked and Forgotten By Management
January 5, 2025The units are in poor condition accept for the selective ones they chose to remodel. You will have roaches, back up toilet issues, mold even. Maintenance crew consist of 1 man who they literally tend to push to the limits . Therefore most work orders get pushed back for weeks or overlooked by the property manager or her assistant because they really don't care. Website details need updating
July 4, 2022Apartment hunting and came across their site on Apartments.com, set an appointment via the TOUR link and drove an hour only to be advised by the woman in the leasing office that availability wouldn't open up until after September. Outstanding
May 26, 2022I've been a resident at this property for a lil over 4yrs now and I've seen a few management come and go. So a few months back I went to load my laundry card at leasing office and put had put over $30 on my card since I only get to wash once a month. I preceded to start my laundry, and when I returned to put them in the dryer I suddenly realized that all of the dryers had no. Power [apparently I guess a circuit had been blown though the company who own's the washers came 3 days later it was ...about 3 or 4 months before the laundry rom was back open and running] But when I explained to the leasing office what happened ,They told me well cant I just walk half a mile down the road with a ton of went cloths to a laundry mate that allows me to dry for free sure. I had wasted probably $50 or $60 on detergent alone so it was a waste and on top of it all the wouldn't even reimbursed me for that and i still had to spend more to fix the inconvenient they were all was rude and the would over talk you as if they weren't concerned with you issues But the new staff is extremally accommodating welcoming and always available to assistance to what ever your needs or concerned are about with your resident's on top of resolving the issue in a well timely matter they also replace the air filters every 3 months unlike some sleez bags there comforting and very easy to talk too recommend this property to every if I could its a great place to fell safe and Neighborly i love the new crew especially MS Cinthia thanks for you hard work Le'Barron DickensonProperty Manager Responded

Poor and unprofressional service...
May 25, 2022I sent a message asking about their credit requirements and when they replied they called me "Ms. Person" and they said they did not have any 3 bedroom apartments. I asked them about 1 bedroom apartments, not 3 bedroom apartments. So I tried to call them and they hung up the phone on me. I called again and could not get through. I went to leave a voicemail but it says the voicemail box is full. I'd still like my original question answered by them.
