November 23, 2025We have lived here 3 1/2 years and have seen 4 managers come and go. As with most apartments, there are pros and cons. Pros and Cons: Nice 3 bedroom apartment with newer appliances but dark cabinets. Maintenance is always quick to reply. Pool area is nice but has outdated furniture and not a secured area for residents and their guests. Many outsiders frequent the pool. Package delivery is in the process of being updated. Finally there are gates at the front entrance, but still not currently ...operating. Even though smoking is prohibited on the premises, there are numerous butts on the grounds. Area is safe and quiet except for the train that goes right by our apartment. Good gym equipment but no yoga room. Pet friendly complex. Storage units/garages available at a monthly rate. Valet trash collection is mandatory at $25 a month, not optional. Plenty of parking. The clubhouse has a nice pool table and lounge areas but it is only open during normal office hours and closed on Sunday.Property Manager Responded

October 15, 2025Can be difficult to get in touch with the property management office, the package room where deliveries are supposed to go to is frequently a mess, the key fob situation has not been addressed and the front gate is open at all times. There is a lot that needs to be improved, and it seems like lip service any time you ask about these issues.Property Manager Responded

September 1, 2025Overall very happy! Very clean and well kept complex and we love our unit, the location, and parking. Only complaints are noise at times from neighbors and our dishwasher came with very rusted racks so we have not been able to use it.Property Manager Responded

August 17, 2025The apartment is nice, pool is nice, the maintenance response is good but there isn’t always clear communication between residents and the office staff. There is no gate closure on the front entrance, it has been removed. The gym has zip ties placed by the management, to prevent the door from closing and locking. The clubhouse closes at 6pm everyday except Sunday when it is closed all day which makes the amenities useless inside.Property Manager Responded

August 9, 2025The driveway to pull in is in terrible condition and has a huge lip on both entrances that needs to be fixed. Other than the driveway curb that you have to go every time you leave and come back, the move in was okay. They didn’t have lamp shades or internet or trash set up even though we pay for all of that before we move in.Property Manager Responded
