So far my experience with Araceli DTC has been amazing. I moved in recently, but the staff has been great. There were some issues recently with a water leak but the Property Manager and Staff were amazing. Within minutes they were addressing the issue and working on a fix. The staff is always friendly and kind.

Overall, the experience has been good. However, the air conditioning occasionally does not work as expected. All the other amenities, including the pool and gym, are well maintained and enjoyable.

So far, so good actually, except we had a little problem with the lady that seats upfront the office that she seemed to told us something wrong and had to correct it after we have filled out the application. But everything else is perfect.

I can't say enough good things about Adyson in the leasing office. My move to Denver came together on a tight timeline, and she handled every step, the lease, the paperwork, coordinating my keys and move-in quickly and without a single hiccup. Every question I had got a clear, prompt answer, and she genuinely went out of her way to make the process smooth and stress-free. Appliances are all upgraded in the apartment and the amenities are super nice. The gym has all the equipment I need, which is rare in an apartment, and the roof top lounge is amazing.
